EMPLOYMENT-AGE DISCRIMINATION!

*During my ongoing research into possible age discrimination in the American workplace, I have discovered that in addition to The Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 (ADEA), which applies to employers who have more than twenty employees, and which prohibits most discrimination against most workers who are over forty years of age, The Age Discrimination Act of 1975 also prohibits most age based discrimination in activities and programs that receive federal financial assistance.
