*Recently, while wandering the world wide web and wondering what I was going to have for breakfast, I came across an article in the 03/01/2006 edition of the Kansas City Star, http://www.kansascity.com/ , that told me that the daily consumption of one ounce of dark chocolate may actually be good for me, because of its high antioxidant content...while describing antioxidants as being "dental floss for your veins"... which is probably yesterday's news to all of you chocoholics out there but which is a very gratifying new revelation to those of us who just like it because it tastes good.
*Additionally, this article listed several commercially available dark chocolate products that were high in antioxidant content, to include...
1. Newman's Own Sweet Dark Dark Chocolate
2. Dove Silky Dark Chocolate
3. Endangered Species Chocolate Company Wolf Bar (with cranberries and almonds)
4. Cadbury Royal Dark Indulgent Dark Chocolate
5. Hershey's Special Dark Mildly Sweet Chocolate
6. Chocolat de Dina Extra Dark Chocolate with Green Tea
