*Based on my own recent heart attack, and no small amount of subsequent online research, I am convinced that literally everyone in America can benefit from making themselves aware of a few simple and easy to recognise Heart Attack Warning Signs, which include among others those that I have listed here.
1. Chest discomfort, which frequently occurs in the center of the chest, and which may be either constant or of only few minutes duration, before it comes back again...and again.
2. This discomfort can feel like an uncomfortable pressure, squeezing, fullness, or pain.
3. This discomfort can spread to other areas of the upper body, and can include pain or discomfort in one or both arms, and/or the back, and/or the neck, and/or the jaw, and/or the stomach.
4. This discomfort can also be preceded and/or accompanied by shortness of breath.
5. This discomfort can also be accompanied by a cold sweat.
