QUESTION-THE YOUNGER GENERATION?

QUESTION: What's wrong with the younger generation?
ANSWER: Probably nothing that has not been wrong with every generation that has gone before them, but I have to admit that as I get older, and as they get younger, I am finding it harder and harder to understand just who each of our younger generations really are, and where they are going, and why, which is why I was so delighted to receive a recent email that contained some very interesting observations about the younger generation that entered college in 2007, which I have found to be so thought provoking, and so informative, that I want to share them here.
1. They were born during the same year that the CD was first introduced.
2. They are too young to remember the space shuttle blowing up.
3. They have always known about AIDS.
4. Their bottle caps have always been plastic and of the screw-on/screw-off variety.
5. They have always had a telephone answering machine.
6. They have always had cable television.
7. They have always had televisions with remote controls.
8. They have always popped their popcorn in a microwave oven.
9. They have never stayed out of the water because of Jaws.
10. They have no idea what a hard contact lens is.
11. They don't know who Mork was or where he was from.
12. They don't care who shot J.R.
13. They never heard "Where's the beef?"
14. They don't know that Big Macs once came in Styrofoam containers.
15. They don't have a clue about how to use a typewriter.
