ENTERTAINMENT-MOVIES-THE BEE MOVIE!

*After having been recently dragged to my local multi-screen movie complex by two of my young friends, Ian and Jan, who just had to see Jerry Seinfeld's "The Bee Movie" before they returned home to Norway, I have to say that I enjoyed the whole experience, not only because of the fact that this movie...which is about an animated bee who sets out to right the wrongs that are being done to him and his kind by the other residents of New York City...by filing an animated lawsuit (naturally)...was in fact very well done and very entertaining, but also because of the fact that its audience...which was naturally on the young side but otherwise surprisingly diverse...had passed by the usual collection of off-center Hollywood movies that were being shown on the other screens at the same time in order to enjoy this "little" film, which I had previously been told by some so called "critics" was nothing more than a "kids movie" that was hardly worthy of my attention, but which...I am pleased to say...turned out to be something that is a lot more than just a "kids movie," and something that would be totally acceptable for viewing by a much larger audience, for instance by families...in their homes...after it comes out on DVD!
