OBSERVATION-POLITICAL DONATIONS!

*After reading recent media reports about how the three remaining candidates to become US president (McCain, Obama, and Clinton) have thus far taken in almost a billion dollars in donations, I am wondering how far all of that money would go in rebuilding New Orleans, or Appalachia, or the rust belt, etc.
